I’m Andy Blackman, the founder of AF.ter Party. I am an Accredited Sober Coach and Senior Mental Health Practitioner based in Manchester. After realising the negative impact alcohol had on my mental health, I ditched the booze in September 2022.  I never dreamed of living an alcohol free life, but once I made the choice to stop, it was the most liberating and life changing decision I have ever made. Now, I lead a fulfilling life free from alcohol, embracing new opportunities and personal growth.
